Waterfront
$3,000 per season to secure your site (full year May 1 - April 30)
- One time cost of $500 per year for hydro and water
- 20% payment by March 1st, 40% - May 15th, 40% - July 15th
- Notice required by March 1st for the May 1st renewal for the new season
- Dock your boat in front of your site (docking provided)
Off Water Sites
$2,400 per season to secure your site (full year May 1 - April 30)
- One time cost of $500 per year for hydro and water
- 20% payment by March 1st, 40% - May 15th, 40% - July 15th
- Notice required by March 1st for the May 1st renewal for the new season
- Seasonal dockage additional fee ($300, if available)
Guidelines
- Sites - 40' x 50' deep (200 sq.ft.)
- 30 amp service and water (early May to mid October)
- Maximum 36' trailer (Year 2000 and newer)
- 4 people permitted per site
- Camper, boat & trailer, & vehicle permitted on site
- Additional storage and guests (on occasion) - extra fee
- Moveable dock and maximum 150 sq.ft. deck permitted
- Total maximum "footprint" (all structures) less then 500 sq.ft. per site
- 30 days notice required for terminating rental
Services Provided
- Garbage to be placed in garbage depot
- Grass cut by management/except trimming
- On-site boat launch available for use
- Noted fee is for your vehicle, camper, boat and trailer
- Special requests or arrangements to be discussed with management
Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars, plus GST and PST.
